Refund policy

RETURNS

House of Akeel sincerely hopes that you will be satisfied with any Product(s) you purchase from us. However, because many of our Products are made to order and/or require production time ranging from several days to several weeks (and in some cases longer depending on the piece), all sales are final after 72 hours from delivery.

We do accept returns requested within 72 hours of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

- All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

- Custom, personalized, or sale pieces are not eligible for return 

Any return request made after 72 hours from delivery will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

Because of our production process and final sale policy beyond this window, we kindly ask that you confirm your sizing before placing your order. Please take accurate measurements and/or use a ring or wrist sizer to ensure the best fit. Sizing-related issues are not grounds for a return beyond 72 hours, but can typically be adjusted or resized by a trusted local jeweler at the customer’s expense.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

In the unusual event that you receive a Product that arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us immediately by emailing hello@houseofakeel.com.

Such notice must be sent no later than 72 hours after delivery, and must include:

- Your full name

- Order number

- Email address used to place the order

- Clear photos and/or video of the Product and packaging

- A written description of the issue

You may also be required to return the damaged or incorrect Product to us at your cost before any replacement or refund can be processed.

We will discard and will not respond to any damage or incorrect-order notice that does not comply with these requirements.

If your notice does comply, we will review the claim and, when applicable, forward the matter to our shipping insurance provider or internal claims process. If the claim is accepted, we will notify you via email, at which point we will either begin production of a replacement Product or issue a refund, at our discretion.
